Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation (CSAE) Standards

Jasvee Technologies maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) across all of our products, services and applications.

1. Our Commitment

Jasvee Technologies is committed to protecting children and preventing the use of our applications and services for any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation. We have a zero-tolerance approach to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and to any content, conduct or contact that sexualizes, endangers or exploits minors. This standard applies to every application we publish, including our website, the J Games platform, and any mobile or web application distributed under the Jasvee Technologies name.

2. Scope

These standards apply to:

  • All applications and services developed and published by Jasvee Technologies.
  • All users, contributors and third parties who interact with our products.
  • Any user-generated content, communication features, community features or media shared through our applications.

3. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on all Jasvee Technologies products:

  • Creating, uploading, sharing, storing, requesting or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form.
  • Sexualizing, grooming, soliciting, or attempting to make sexual contact with a minor (any person under 18 years of age).
  • Trafficking, sextortion, or the sexual exploitation of children in any manner.
  • Sharing content that endangers a child's physical or emotional well-being, or that facilitates any of the above.

4. Prevention Measures

To prevent CSAE on our platforms, we:

  • Design our applications with safety in mind and restrict features that could be misused to harm minors.
  • Prohibit CSAE and CSAM clearly in our Terms of Service and community guidelines.
  • Provide accessible in-app and website reporting mechanisms so that anyone can flag suspected CSAE content or behavior.
  • Review reports promptly and take action, including content removal and account termination.
  • Cooperate fully with law enforcement and recognized child-protection organizations.

5. Reporting CSAE

If you encounter any content or behavior on a Jasvee Technologies product that you believe may involve child sexual abuse or exploitation, please report it immediately:

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement or emergency services right away. You can also report to these organizations:

  • NCMEC (United States):report.cybertip.org (CyberTipline), or call 1-800-843-5678.
  • India: National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal — cybercrime.gov.in, or call the childline helpline at 1098.
  • INHOPE: find a hotline in your country at inhope.org.

6. Our Response

When we become aware of CSAE content or conduct, we:

  • Remove the offending content promptly.
  • Suspend or permanently terminate the responsible accounts.
  • Preserve relevant information and report to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable, and local law enforcement.
  • Cooperate with lawful investigations.

7. Legal Compliance

Jasvee Technologies complies with applicable child-protection laws and platform requirements, including the child safety policies of app distribution platforms such as Google Play and the Apple App Store. We report CSAM to the relevant national authorities as required by law.
