1. Scope & Applications Covered

This policy applies to Jasvee Technologies and to all applications and services published under our organization, including but not limited to:

• Gangaputra Sangham — a community management application for members of the Gangaputra community (events, notices, member directory and communications).
• J Games — our online games platform (game.jasveetech.com).
• Jasvee Technologies website — jasveetech.com.
• Any future mobile or web applications we publish under the Jasvee Technologies name.

Where a specific application collects data differently, that difference is described in the "App-specific notes" section below or within the app itself.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on the app and how you use it, we may collect:

• Account information — such as your name, email address, phone number and profile details you provide when you register or sign in.
• Authentication data — if you sign in with a third-party provider (e.g. Google), we receive basic profile information from that provider.
• Content you provide — messages, posts, images or other content you submit within an app.
• Usage & device data — app interactions, device type, operating system, and general log/diagnostic information.
• Cookies & local storage — used to keep you signed in and to remember preferences and settings.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate and maintain our applications and features.
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To communicate with you about updates, notices and support requests.
• To improve our products, fix issues and develop new features.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers — trusted infrastructure providers such as Google Firebase (hosting, authentication and database) that process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.
• Within a community app — content you choose to share (e.g. posts or directory details in Gangaputra Sangham) is visible to other authorized members as designed by that app.
• Legal reasons — when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety and security of users and the public.

5. Data Storage & Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. Our applications are built on Google Firebase and Google Cloud infrastructure. While we work hard to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services, and thereafter only as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data (see "Your Rights").

7. Children's Privacy

Our applications are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation — see our Child Safety (CSAE) Standards. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your Rights & Choices

Subject to applicable law, you may:

• Access, correct or update your personal information.
• Request deletion of your account and data.
• Withdraw consent or object to certain processing.
• Opt out of non-essential communications.

9. App-Specific Notes

Gangaputra Sangham

Gangaputra Sangham collects member profile details (name, contact information and community role) to operate a member directory, share community notices and events, and enable member-to-member communication. This information is visible only to authorized community members and administrators. Members can request correction or removal of their details at any time.

J Games

J Games stores gameplay preferences and, where you sign in, basic account details. Some game progress (such as local high scores) is stored on your device.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, through in-app or email notice.
